Formed in place foam gasket technology (FIPG and FIPFG) is used to mix and dispense two component polyurethane foam materials directly onto the surface of objects/parts.
This object can be paperboard, plastic, aluminum alloy, mild or galvanized steel, wood and powder coat painted surfaces. Due the outstanding chemical character of urethane elastomer, this FIP and CIP gasket can adhere these objects perfectly, even after many years use. Furthermore, this FIP and CIP gasket, resists dilute acids, bases and light oils.
This technology replaces the traditional method of tape affixed, and the surface crust uniform and excellent flexibility.

Standard Sealing Gasket Machine is including
Pouring system consists of one PLOY barrel and one ISO barrel, and the two metering units are driven by two independence motors, through change rotating speed of motors to change metering pump’s flow rate.
The two-component liquid resin mix according to a certain proportion.Then the uniform mixture is poured into a certain place of a workpiece to get the sealing part;
